WebLocal MSP got hacked and all clients cryptolocked As the title says, a local mid-sized MSP with about 80 clients/unknown endpoints got hacked yesterday. All of their clients' endpoints, including servers got cryptolocked. This has got to be this community's worst nightmare... or perhaps close to it. WebYou can share licenses across techs but only 1 person can be logged into ScreenConnect user that techs username/password at any given time. Each license comes with unlimited access agents, which simply means, no limits on the total # of computers you can connect to or setup for unattended support.
