WebbIn this article we describe one strategy-problem-based learning (PBL)-which helps to train principals for an increasingly demanding job. We do three things: (1) conceptualize problem-based learning, (2) provide a rationale for this strategy, and (3) use a real example from a course in problem-based learning taught at the University of Georgia.
