As pointed out above they are more of a accessory and aren’t able to be changed via the mystic toilet. Admittedly I would really like that to be an option but sadly it isn’t available at the moment.

I don’t have light and heavy legendary armors yet, and I got my other characters armor sets essentially as drops from fractals. Geared up, ready to play.

WebBut the encounters themselves will be pretty hard, so every bit of extra stats you can get will help, but the difference is ~5%, so ascended will not be required, as opposed to higher level fractals. Not required but it's supposed to be balanced around it. You can get ascended rings, accessories, and amulets with Laurels from the Laurel vendor.
